 At S&L Mailing, we provide all the necessary processing for preparing your mailings according to USPS standards.
Mailing addresses can be checked, edited and corrected according to US Postal Service standards (CASS certified). We will check and correct or add missing zip codes, fix incorrect addresses, cities or state names, and add delivery point barcodes and carrier routes. Once your list has been processed, we can then presort it for maxium postage discounts at either First-class or Standard-class rates. All our postal processing is C.A.S.S. and P.A.V.E. certified by the US Postal Service.
At S&L Mailing Services, we can handle all your mailing needs: laser printing, folding, inserting, metering, sorting, traying/sacking and more. Our production techniques will also get you terrific prices on those personalized, matched mailing projects which can be very expensive at most other shops. Our lettershop service will take your final laser printed letters and complete the mailing process right up to delivering your mailing to our local post office. We specialize in personalized letters and mailings where matching is required between inserts and envelopes. We can meter, live-stamp or use permits for your mailing depending on the look you want. We handle any size mailing project from 500 pieces up. And for most jobs, we can receive all your data files and letter copy right from your PC over the Internet via e-mail or FTP. It's extremely easy and fast.
