Save postage by merge/purging your lists and finding and eliminating duplicates. Our software will handle consumer lists, business lists or mixed lists and you always receive complete, detailed reports on every merge/purge run.
We support all major hardware and software applications.
File maintenance can be done on any list to improve its quality for mailings as well as in-house administrative use from fixing or adding missing zip codes through searching for and eliminate or combining duplicate records.
Our matching software can take any list and match it against any other list using name/address components and phone numbers. The resulting matches can be used for updating, enhancing/appending or suppression purposes.
We can build your mailing list from scratch! If you need source documents captured and converted to computer form, we have data entry operators who can key-enter your data from virtually any form, including hand-written documents, coupons, listings and more.
Once it is in our system, we can perform any function necessary for your analysis on that database and break it down for you or merely maintain it, ready for your use as a mailing list, distribution list or contact list.
